The institute is devoted to intergrate educational administration, educational policy, educational economics, organizational management, and theories and practices of management. Also, it strengthens the motivation of professional learning and growth via a multiple course selection system.

Since the 109th academic year, the doctoral program elective courses have been added the Early Childhood Education Administration Section and the Special Education Administration Section to actively pursue cross-disciplinary links in education administration.
