學生學習意見調查目的，在於了解學生對課程品質的滿意程度，並作為教師教學改進的參考。

本問卷採匿名填寫，不會影響學生課業成績，請學生安心詳實填寫。

本校學生學習意見調查採「期中」、「期末」兩階段進行，本次為「期中」學生學習意見調查。

一、填寫時間：110年4月1日中午12時至4月16日中午12時。

二、學生可於4月30日中午12時，查詢教師回覆內容。

三、填寫方式：學生登錄本校【校務行政系統】→【學生資訊系統】→【A101教學評量填寫】→
