學生學習意見調查目的，在於了解學生對課程品質的滿意程度，並作為教師教學改進的參考。

本問卷採匿名填寫，不會影響學生課業成績，請同學安心詳實填寫。

一、填寫時間：110年5月17日中午12時至110年6月4日下午5時。

二、注意事項：為獎勵同學踴躍填答期末學習意見調查，開放已填答期末教學評量學生優先預選課，

109-2 Final Teaching Evaluation

The purpose of teaching evaluation is to offer the instructor a better understanding of student opinions

of the course so as to provide valuable information for future instructional adjustments.

Your responses and comments are strictly anonymous.

Please take your responsibility in completing these surveys seriously;

your honest feedback will be essential to the success of this endeavor.

　  The final teaching evaluation system will be available from 12 p.m., May 17 to 5 p.m., June 4, 2021.
