2026 Academic Conference on Educational Administration: Reflection and Practice

Theme: Educational Sustainability × Administrative Innovation: Constructing a New Educational Paradigm

The 2026 Conference on Educational Administration: Reflection and Practice centers on the theme of "Educational Sustainability and Administrative Innovation." It focuses on the evolving roles of educational administration within sustainable development and innovative governance, emphasizing cross-disciplinary collaboration, institutional reform, and multicultural integration. By fostering a dialogue between theory and practice, the conference aims to drive the evolution of the educational system, cultivate educational talent equipped with sustainable mindsets and innovative capabilities, and collectively establish a future-oriented educational paradigm.

Oral & Poster Presentations: Submission Guidelines
Abstracts must provide a brief but comprehensive summary of the study.  It should address the following in one page:
● Title
● Necessity of the study
● Purpose and research question(s)
●  Research method(s) including participants, tools or measure, and data analysis
● Summary of findings, conclusions, and implication(s)
For ongoing research studies, expected outcomes and anticipated contribution of the research would suffice. Authors can choose from the following topics.

● Other topics related to educational sustainability and administrative innovation

Abstract Deadline: February 28, 2026 (Max. 1,200 words)
Acceptance Notice: March 16, 2026
Full Paper Deadline: April 23, 2026 (Max. 12,000 words)
